Can Can Cleanse

I am participating in a 3 day cleanse with Can Can and the team at Mint Studios. I've got some conflicting feelings and thoughts on cleanses so I'm going to log the experience here... because I'm sure you'll find that super interesting!?

Here is the 3 day cleanse plan from Can Can: 

Each day, you will consume the same seasonal menu of 8 nutrient-rich beverages.

  • 2 Fruit Juices
  • 2 Green Vegetable Juices
  • 1 Herbal Teas
  • 2 Nut Milk  
  • 1 Savory Soup

Approximately 1400 calories per day.
